Your customers choose a service, a day and a free slot on your own page. The request lands in your dashboard — and you approve it.
How does it work?
- A link of your own: ordein.com/randevu/your-business
- The customer picks a service, a date and one of the free 30-minute slots
- Free slots follow your opening hours, holidays and number of staff
- A request can't be sent without the customer's consent to data processing
You approve
- Incoming requests are listed on the “Booking requests” screen
- When you approve, the customer is matched by phone number — or a new record is created
- The appointment goes straight into your calendar
- Decline unsuitable requests in one click
Protected against fake requests
One phone number can have at most 3 pending requests at a time, and each business has an hourly request limit.
Share it everywhere
Copy your link from Settings and add it to your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile or your messages.
